Please note - by paying the 30% party deposit amount, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions below.
Booking confirmations and payments
- Filling out the booking form we send over and completing the deposit payment of 30% of your chosen party duration cost is what we need in terms of confirmation. Once both deposit and booking info are received, we will send you a booking confirmation email.
- The final payment needs to be paid by bank transfer the week leading up to the party and no later than 48 hours prior to partying. If we don't receive your final payment 48 hours prior to your party, we will see this as a cancellation and you'll lose your deposit amount and the booking.
- If you're booking a party in with us last minute (7 days before the event date), we will require the full payment amount on the same day you've made the enquiry.
Cancellations/Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your party for any reason at all, we'd be more than happy to reschedule your party to a later date.
- On the very rare occasion that there are cancellations on our behalf due to poor weather conditions or any illnesses (if we cannot find you another entertainer), we will send you a full refund.
Party guests, noise & distractions
- Our parties are run with one entertainer with up to 30 children. 30 children is our maximum per party (this is children aged 3-7 taking part). If you have more than 30 attending, please let us know as we can offer you two entertainers with an additional cost if this is the case!
- It is up to you if you want the attending children's parents to stay or if you'd rather have a drop off/pick up plan. All we ask is that if all parents stay for the duration of the entertainment, could you keep in mind that we need the children to be able to hear us so keeping the noise to a minimum would be really helpful.
- would also suggest if you have a bouncy castle along with us as entertainment that switching it off/deflating it whilst we are partying would greatly help us and make a huge difference to the children in staying focused and interacting with your entertainer for the whole duration.
Our entertainers
- Our entertainers call you the week leading up to your party booking to check in, answer any questions you may have or any special requests! They will go through everything in detail with you so you know exactly what will be happening on the day too.
- Our entertainers will be with you 15 minutes before their agreed start time, already in costume & character to set up and get ready to start the party.
- Costumes and appearances of entertainers may vary from photos seen due to the individuals partying.
- All our entertainers are DBS checked and come from either a performing arts background, working with children or both, making them the best at what they do!
